As a beginner your highest priority should be ONE thing - education.

You don't try and learn how to ski by yourself do you? You don't try and learn how to play guitar without any lessons do you? You don't try and learn how to golf without an instructor do you?

A: Unless you want to hurt yourself and waste your time - be my guest.

3. Q: Do I have to join a gym to use this program or can I work out at home?

A: This is one of the most popular questions I receive - I had no idea how many people train from home.

If you are a complete beginner unsure if you want to join a gym or build your own home guy, let me say this:

You do not have to join a gym in order to achieve impressive muscle-building results. You can set up your own home gym by purchasing a basic weight set that includes a barbell and dumbbells along with a basic bench press. I have my own home gym. You can see it on my facebook fan page.

Overall, a gym is a good choice simply because it includes such a wide range of equipment, but the choice is ultimately up to you. There are actually certain advantages to training at home as opposed to the gym.

If you're embarrassed to train at a gym then you can accomplish your workouts just as effectively in the privacy of your own home. You can listen to the music that you like, and you also won't have to worry about travel time back and forth. I trust that helps and I look forward to working with you.

4. Q: I am skinny but have a pot belly - can your program help me?

A: You have the classic 'Skinny Fat Syndrome.' Easy to hide with clothes but not a pretty sight on the beach! The good news is that this easily fixed.

Building muscle and losing fat at the same time is too complicated for this email. It is possible and I teach how to maximize the muscle to fat ratio when training.

If you have the Skinny Fat Guy Syndrome then I am guessing that you have a naturally fast metabolism which will work in your favour for melting off that gut and I am also confident to say that you are eating the wrong foods at the wrong times.

5. Q: How fast will I achieve results?

A: That is totally up to you. If you follow all aspects of the program - most importantly the meal plans - you should notice mental and strength differences in the first 2-3 weeks!

Expect some significant visual changes by six weeks and by 12 weeks expect others to be making comments about your visual appearance. I don't like suggesting "You will gain X lbs in Y period of time," because I can not control every variable if I'm not there in person.

However, I have given you the tools you require to produce more muscle from week to week. The more you put in the more you get out.

If you put in half hearted effort - expect to get half hearted results. If you are truly committed to your goals and train hard then expect some exciting results!

Yes, it has the potential to make you look like a NATURAL bodybuilder - in combination with 'above average' genetics, time and some very hard work. Remember, I used to the same training tools I am equipping you with. No, it will not turn you into a freaky looking bodybuilder. Focus on putting everything you got into the program. How do I know that this program will work? I don't know.

You have to MAKE it work. DECIDE to make it work. Commit to becoming the person you want to be and then take action. You are in absolute control of where you go in life.

You will not fail because this is not like any other program you have done.

My 12-week training program focuses on the most important fundamental principles that will accelerate muscle growth.

A: Absolutely not! I have already spent thousands (I have all the receipts still to remind me to never waste this much money again) of dollars on useless supplements. As you know that supplement industry is a billion dollar industry and loaded with a crock of lies, empty promises and an despicable amount of deceitful advertising. This is not to say ALL supplements are useless but remember there are far more useless ones than effective ones.

15. Q: I am very busy! How long and often will I need to train?

A: My kit was built around the philosophy of achieving the maximal results with the minimal amount of time. When testing out optimum training frequencies I discovered phenomenal results - especially for drug free and skinny guys - could be achieved in 3-4 training sessions per week. Each session lasting 45-55minutes maximum. This will be good news for some and perhaps cause skepticism for others. Here me out:

ONLY 3-4 sessions you gasp? How could this be possible? Well if training 5+ x a week is getting you the results you want than keep doing what you are doing. Perhaps five times a week is not enough and you should start training more?! More is hardly the answer.

Use the past to predict the future. Trust me, if training more than 3-4 x a week was optimal I would have no problem agreeing.

Don't turn this into a contest to see how many days you can work out in a week. This is about training smart and efficient - not long and stupid. I question any bodies recovery ability if they can train more than 3-4 x a week with consistent size and strength gains from a week to week basis.

On the flip side - if you think training 3-4 x a week is too much and you can't 'find the time' than I have to question how serious you are about your goals. and this might not be for you.

16. Q: Will your kit result in injury?

A: Walking across the street can lead to injury if you trip on a rock and fall on your knee! Everything in life can lead to injury and so can my leanmusclegainer kit. It's highly advised that you do not perform any exercise you are unsure of performing. Also, only work with weights that you are comfortable working with and if you try to lift heavier than normal, do so with a spotter or coach beside you.

To date, I have not received a single complaint or report about injury using my program. If you train in a safe and controlled manner I'm confident you'll feel great during and after your workouts.

A: It's as effective as you make it. I can not guarantee any sort of result. You get what you put into it. If you put an honest effort into the workout and nutrition then I'm confident you'll be very pleased and happy with your results.

A: That depends on how closely you follow a the weight training program, nutrition plan as directed. I like my clients to experience 4-8 pounds of lean muscle mass each month but it's impossible to say if you'll do more or less. Results for each individual may vary.

A: If you follow the weight training program, nutrition program and put an honest effort in as directed, you should see results in the first two weeks. Most muscle growth usually occurs within the first six to twelve weeks when you first begin. If you stop working out and get sloppy with your training and nutrition, you can expect to lose the gains you made. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, not a short term fix and you should be prepared to fall in love with the bodybuilding lifestyle to see long term results.
